Vitamins, enzymes and plant extracts delivered into the layer of skin where repair happens, with or without needles.
Nutrients delivered to the layer of skin where repair actually happens.
Electroporation gets the same serum in without a single injection.
Spaced one to two weeks apart, with results building across the course.
Little to no downtime. Most people return to normal activity the same day.
Most skincare fails for a boring reason: it never gets past the surface. Mesotherapy solves that by delivering vitamins, enzymes, amino acids and plant extracts into the mesoderm, the middle layer of skin where cell repair and growth actually happen.
There are two ways in. Electroporation opens microscopic channels and drives the serum through with no needles at all. Injectable mesotherapy uses very fine micro injections to go deeper and do more, including work on cellulite, localised fat and hair regrowth. We will tell you which is worth your money at consultation.
A non invasive alternative to traditional mesotherapy that uses electroporation instead of injections. A serum rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids is driven into the skin without breaking the surface, which makes it the obvious starting point if needles are the thing putting you off.
Where we use it. Face, neck, décolleté and hands. Particularly useful on areas showing early ageing or sun damage.
The device creates an electromagnetic field that briefly opens microscopic channels in the skin. The active ingredients in the serum travel through those channels and are absorbed far more deeply than anything applied by hand could manage. The treatment also stimulates your own collagen and elastin production, so part of the result comes from the serum and part from your skin responding to it.
Fine lines, wrinkles and skin that has started to slacken. It hydrates, improves tone and texture, and leaves skin looking fresher. It is painless, suitable for every skin type and needs no downtime at all, which is why people book it before events.
Just arrive with clean skin and no makeup. There is no other preparation. Afterwards, stay out of strong sun and use a good sunscreen, keep your skin hydrated and eat sensibly, all of which help the result hold. Your technician will give you anything specific to your treatment plan.
The traditional form, delivering vitamins, enzymes, plant extracts and other actives directly into the layer of skin beneath the surface through a series of very fine micro injections. It reaches deeper than the needle free version, and it can do more.
Where we use it. Face and neck for rejuvenation, and thighs, hips, buttocks, arms and abdomen for cellulite and localised fat. Also used on the scalp for hair regrowth.
A mesotherapy gun places numerous tiny injections into the mesoderm, the middle layer of skin where cell repair and growth take place. The exact blend is mixed for your goals rather than being one standard formula. Alongside delivering the nutrients, the injections prompt the skin to believe it has been injured, which starts a healing response and stimulates collagen and elastin. The treatment also improves circulation and supports the breakdown of localised fat deposits.
Wrinkles and fine lines, cellulite, localised fat deposits and skin that has lost tone. It is used to lighten areas of pigmentation, to rejuvenate the face and neck, and for hair regrowth in men and women experiencing thinning or alopecia. Results build across a course rather than appearing on the day.
For at least a week beforehand, avoid aspirin and anti inflammatory medication, both of which increase bruising and bleeding. Stay hydrated and eat well. Afterwards, keep to a balanced diet and regular exercise, and avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, heat and direct sun for at least forty eight hours.
The honest answer is that injectable does more, and needle free is more comfortable. Which matters more to you is a fair question to bring to the consultation.
It is generally considered safe with few side effects. You may see minor bruising, swelling or redness at the injection sites, which usually settles within a few days. Allergic reactions are rare but possible. We run a full consultation and skin analysis before any treatment, we use only high quality approved substances, and every treatment is performed by trained staff. Your medical history is taken first, because it changes what is suitable.
Most people describe it as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful. The needles are very fine and the injections are superficial, so it is nothing like a deeper injectable treatment. We apply a topical numbing cream to the area beforehand, which makes it easier again. If needles are genuinely not for you, the needle free version delivers a similar serum with no injections at all.
Usually three to six treatments spaced one to two weeks apart. More established concerns, or treatment aimed at reducing localised fat, can need more. We assess your skin at consultation and give you a number and a schedule rather than an open ended course.
Straight away in most cases, since there is little to no downtime. We ask you to avoid strenuous exercise for twenty four hours and to steer clear of alcohol, heat and direct sun for forty eight. Results are not immediate. They develop over several weeks as the injected nutrients do their work, so judge it at the end of the course rather than the day after a session.
Mesotherapy feeds the skin. Radiofrequency, HIFU and Endermolift firm and lift it. They are complementary rather than competing, and a plan that uses both usually beats a course of either on its own.
Book a consultation and we will assess your skin, explain what each route can realistically do and how many sessions it takes, before you commit to anything.
